Jira application is not sending the mail(TLS 1.2 need to enable)

Hi Team,

Please note, I have assigned the cases to my team members and they have to get the notifications on the same in O365 mail. But after TLS 1.0/1.1 deprecated by Microsoft. They only supporting the TLS 1.2 encryption to sending mail. I request you to add-ons this TLS 1.2 encryption in the jira application. Then we will get an e-mail notifications.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You'll need to set a flag on your Server to do this - see https://community.atlassian.com/t5/New-to-Jira-Service-Management/email-settings-TLS/qaq-p/1311062

Cloud has this set already, it only supports TLS 1.2 and 1.3.  See https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/supported-security-protocols-for-atlassian-cloud-products/ for exactly which TLS configs the various applications use.
