Jira Ticket Reduction of Scrolling

Has anyone thought about separating the Jira ticket view such that the top portion of the Summary and top row of buttons (eg Edit, Add Comment, Assign, More, etc.) stay locked when scrolling through the ticket?

Hi, I'm fairly new here as well. I just found a way to view a ticket where the Summary and top row of buttons stays locked at the top. I stumbled upon this when searching for tickets. When I clicked on a ticket within the search results, when the ticket opens, the side bar is not there. When I scroll, the top Jira menu strip goes away and the ticket summary locks at the top. I'm trying to figure out how I can view all of my tickets that way. But finding this meant that it was possible. I searched through other message boards and there didn't seem to be a way to do this.
