Jira Server Upgrade 8.3.1 to 8.5.3 Qtest Authentication failing on startup

Upgraded Qtest from 8.03 to 8.04

Then upgraded Jira server from 8.3.1 to 8.5.3

 

Now getting the below error on startup.

Has anyone seen this ?
