Jira Rich Text Editor different Buttons per language

Hi,

we have some user with different language-settings.

someone has set her user preferences to english and

someone has set her user preferences to german.

so know we have found a different regarding this settings.

if i set my preferences to english and wil crate a new task/issue, ich have in the rich text editor (buttonbar) a button "paperclip" to browse an add attachments.

if i set my preferences german, this button is missing.

iss there a way to setup the rich text editor field per language??? or do you have a solutions?

We have exactly the same problem. Marked button only shows with english selected in user profiles. Switch to german... Button gone.
