Jira RSS FEED (Activity Stream) pagination

Hi, 

I am consuming Jira rss feed for activity stream.

https://developer.atlassian.com/server/framework/atlassian-sdk/consuming-an-activity-streams-feed/

my URL is:

https://api.atlassian.com/ex/jira/4f29d106-fce6-4bdd-9010-e1774875bc82/activity?maxResults=20

How i make this call paginated??

I have searched a lot but i didn't get the right answer.

I am also having the same question, adding startAt parameter to the URL didn't seem to change the response.
