Today our team's screen changed to a 'new view' which was not functional. We had the option of reverting back to the old screen, but only for that account - it was not universal.
After some review, we learned by turning off Jira Labs we were able to revert back to the original screen. We also sent feedback to Jira regarding our thoughts on the new screen.
