JIRA SERVER - Top navigation bar disappears after upgrade

Hello everybody. 

I have JIRA Server 8.12. After last upgrate, top navigation bar disappears.  

I`m using chrome version 86.0.4240.183 (Build oficial) (64 bits)

After selecting a option menu but top navigation bar disappears and the list options hidden behind result table.

check your installed plugins and disable here, if there are incompatible

I was testing in incognito mode but the error is the same.

It is necessary to look at errors in the logs file and 

check display panel to other users:

Did you check the log file as @Max advised? 

Did you find the cause?

Log file has not information about it. The behavior is happening with other users.
