we are getting below error while loading jira in the server

i have tried that option but still not loading

not sure why JIRA service is automatically stopping by itself  and not starting

hi @Venkata Sure You can also use the Jira Config Tool in order to make sure that your dbconfig.xml is properly setup for your database type.   This might be one way to avoid this kind or problem too.

you can try to disable addons then start jira.

Hi Sreenevas,

Did you try to reboot your PC and start the Jira service again? Does it work?

In context of which user is the Jira service configured to start? Does this user have permissions for Jira home and Jira application directories?

Do you see some kind of errors in the Tomcat log file catalina.out?

What do the ends of the two main log files say?

The application log is at <jira home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log and the application server log is <jira install>/log/catalina.out
