Integration possibilities between Jira and VSTS

Hi,

I just started working in a new customer and I have received the task of facilitate the work of a team that use Jira and VSTS for the same project with a lot of manual work done in order to sync the information the way back and forth. 

They suggested using Microsoft Flow but it looks like that not everything is possible out of the box with the available templates.

Another option is to use "To Pay" components.

And one of my ideas is to use Jira Webhooks in order to call Azure Functions which will update VSTS. For the other way I still have to think how to catch VSTS events but I have already tested a library to update Jira Projects through .NET.

Please, share here your similar experiences in this aspect.
