Integrating Jira cloud with Kibana for data pull and post in Jira comments

Edited

Hi All,

In cloud Jira, currently we have options to post auto reply as soon as the event/issue is raised. This option just gives us initial acknowledgement.

But What if we go into kibana dashboards and search the required information based on the inputs provided by the issue creater and post in the Jira comments section.

For Example, Issue creator gives us attribute1 and timestamp of the occurance. These inputs are given to kibana dashboard and fetch the details related and post the same in Jira comments section as internal/external.

To acheive above, what are the possible solutions do we have in cloud Jira?

Please suggest.
