Implement Triggers in Jira

Please give me the guidance on how to trigger data from Jira to external systems. You can use any project in Jira test instance for this. When an issue is edited or transitions from one stage to another, then all issue data must be sent to an external system.

We need to be careful with the word "trigger" in Jira, as it has a specific meaning, which is not what you are asking about here.  (See https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/advanced-workflow-configuration-938847443.html#Advancedworkflowconfiguration-triggers )

What you describe as a "trigger" (which is the right word in English, but Atlassian have used it to describe "incoming triggers" in Jira), Atlassian would call a "webhook" - see https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/webhooks/ for configuring them.
