I need to take Jira trail version for 3 months.

Hi,

I am Vidya . We have used taken Jira trail version for 1 month. We want to extend that to 3 months.Therefore, I have taken new license key and updated that to Jira even though it is showing Jira trail version will expire in 4 days. Why it is showing like this.

Was it right way ? What I have followed? or What I need to do take  to extend trail version till 3 months.

To my knowledge, there is no 3 months trial license from Atlassian. It is on a monthly basis. You can extend your trial license for another month by logging into my.atlassian.com and create new eval license. The below link will help you,

I have referred above link. But,It shows "Your trial has expired. To reactivate JIRA Software, please purchase it.".

After taking license key, why it is giving like this  even though we have license to extend for another month?
