Good afternoon. I had an account in Jira, but after registering an account with Trello, I cannot get into it. When switching to Jira, the system says that the request was sent to the administrator, but I am the only administrator and did not receive any letter. How do I regain access to Jira?

For the fact Community members have no chance to debug this, for the fact this looks somehow related to your personal/individual account and, finally, as it is still a bit empty here after three days passed my suggestion would be for you to discuss this with Trello and/or Jira support.
