I am unable to see Close, Resolve and other workflow buttons on 3 issues

I have created many issues and changed their statuses through workflow buttons but there are three issues in particular project which does not show ANY of the workflow transition button.

and i have checked all transitions, workflow conditions and everything is fine.

If i create new issue its also working fine.

I have JIRA admin permission.

JIRA version: 7.0.3

Plaese suggest.

This must still be l some kind of issue with the conditions or permissions. Having administrator permissions does not override the need to have your permission scheme and conditions properly met before performing a transition. Check your permission scheme, "users and roles" page, and conditions on the workflow used by the non functional 3 issues.
