I am not able to see the bug reported in JIRA when my test case got failed in jenkins. I am able to see all my jenkins related projects in jira. Can any one help me to figure out the exact config in JIRA and jenkins for the scenario i mentioned.

This is usually down to mis-configuration on the Jenkins side.  Which add-ons are you using to create the issues, and what do the logs say the errors are?
