What logs?  How/where are they accessed?  There is no further information given.

Hi,

you need to check application logs in your install directory, for example INSTALL/logs/atlassian-jira.log

Try to update again and watch live logs with ERROR lines.

What about indexing? Did you try make full reindex or restart of application?

Yes I restarted the application. Reindexed. Rebooted server. Upgraded servers memory. Same error every time.
