How to add New release /component in the ticket.

I am struggling to add  New release /component details in the ticket .No option is there to dd .

Hi @Harisudan , welcome to the community and thanks for your question.

When you say you cannot add new Releases or Components in the ticket, do you mean you cannot create them in this screen you are showing? That would indicate to me that you are not able to add new Releases or Components in the project, which typically means you are lacking Project Administrator permission. 

Please request that a Jira adminstrator give you Project Administrator permission to this project and then report back if you can add new Releases or Components.
