The Atlassian Community can help you and your team get more value out of Atlassian products and practices.
Hi all,
In addition to the Atlassian community, WeChat group is another method of communication for Atlasassan users in China.
Chapter 1
We have established an instant messaging group based on WeChat. Here we share experiences in the use of Jira, Confluence and other products. Experts answer various configuration questions for the novice and discuss best practices and integration methods for the tools.
Through the above communication methods, we collect common configuration and usage questions and plug-in experience, etc., and collect them as articles. We publish them regularly on the WeChat Official Account and share it with more Atlassian product users for free to help the growth of local Chinese communities.
My company is also using Atlassian products, so I often give new employees an introduction to Jira & Confluence, so that new colleagues can get started quickly.
I have completed more than 1,500 people in training, the following is part of the training materials.
We use confluence blog posts as a main source of knowledge sharing inside the company. we write about new features/efficient usage and much more. 😊
Thank you for your sharing.
Be sure, for internal users Confluence can be used as a knowledge base, and we are also using it!
Last week I had the opportunity to share Atlassian knowledge at a mega-conference* - ITx 2018.
* Their word, not mine - over 150 speakers and 800 attendees.
Wonderful!
I’m looking forward to seeing this part of the content shared in the community!
Of course, we also have some offline communication activities. The following picture shows a party in Q2 of 2018
