How do I allow people with no JIRA access to see JIRA info in confluence without using anonymous

Roger July 31, 2019

We have a demo page that we publish to a lot of users. Most have no JIRA access. We built a page that automatically pull Demo info from JIRA, using filters, into confluence. The challenge that we are facing is: automatically = dynamic content = only visible to people with JIRA access. If we change the page to be a static content (= we copy the data statically from JIRA and paste it in confluence) then everyone can see the info.

We are looking for a solution that allows content to be dynamically built and accessible by people who has or doesn't have JIRA access without using anonymous feature due to its side effects.

You do not.  A person must have permission to see pages and issues, or they must not be logged in (anonymous access) to see pages and issues open to unknown people.

Your only other option is to build something that scrapes Jira and Confluence using a known account with access and re-presents it outside the applications.
