Has Atlassian become very slow?

We have a 100M link and JIRA still takes 15 seconds to load a page.

Possibly.

For a long time, everyone complaining that "Cloud is slow" either refused to do the diagnostics they needed to do, or found out that their connection to the Atlassian data centre was failing them or that there were internal problems, or, in one case, really poorly configured JIRA systems (fielditis was that cause)

Recently though, there are more of us finding Cloud to be slow, and after having done the diagnostics, we do pretty much know that yes, Cloud can be slow.

There is not a lot we can do about it, but we absolutely do need to tell Atlassian - take a look at the page load speeds with your browser's "developer tools", and then raise a request over at https://support.atlassian.com/contact

I'd also ask that you report back to us too.  A *lot* of people are interested in Cloud being slow.
