Graphical reports on JSM portal

Hi all,

I am doing a little research and have a question to the admins here:

Do you send any graphical reports to your JSM portal customers? Are they interested to see reports similar to the ones provided in Jira, like Created vs. Resolved, SLA met vs. breached or something else? Do you just make them in Jira and send them via email or you use some addons to let your customers self-serve?

Hi @Elitsa Velikova ,

Reports generated for our customers involve much more than only the sheer data of the SLA goals we met/breached. It also involves eloborated details of high prio incidents and changes executed.

So we need to write the reports manually and copy data from Jira. Very cumbersome.
