Facing issue while importing backup file from prod to stg jira

Getting below issue while importing backup file from Prod to Stg jira. 

"The path to the JIRA backup zip file is not valid"

That means the server is unable to read the file from the place you have told it to read from.

You need to put the file in the right place, and ensure the user running Jira has full read/write access to the file
