After reinstallation of JIRA in our local server, I am getting the following error:

com.pyxis.greenhopper.jira:greenhopper-epics-issue-web-panel

I do not exactly understand what the error is all about.

There is something going wrong in the add-on or application that provides Agile functions.

There's not enough information in your question to tell you a lot more.

You should check that the version of the Agile add-on OR JIRA Software application is compatible with your JIRA, and not showing any errors in the add-on/application management area, then read the log to see what the full error being thrown is.

Hi Nic,

I found out that the database I am using is the built-in one that came with the trial version of the software. It says I need to shift to an external database since I purchased the software for hosting in our server. In my case, MS SQL Server 2012 is what I used. The error has been addressed at this point.

Thanks,

Ed
