Have some got experienced in adding more than one dedicated node on eazyBI for Jira?

I'm managing a very large instance with millions of issues with accounts each of 40-50 GB .

Someone has a similar situation? how do you improve performance? Is adding a dedicated node enough?

Hi @Alessandro Lombardo

You can have more dedicated nodes for eazyBI to improve its performance (https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/set-up-and-administer/atlassian-server-and-data-center/dedicated-nodes-for-data-center).

However, performance improvement is a holistic approach of several techniques together:

  • technical resources allocated for eazyBI,
  • account management,
  • and monitor eazyBI usage statistics to catch failing and poorly built reports.

eazyBI Support has prepared several training videos on how to administer eazyBI. You might want to check out the "eazyBI at Scale: Manage eazyBI in Large-Scale Jira Instances": https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/learn-more/training-videos/training-videos-on-specific-topics#Trainingvideosonspecifictopics-eazyBIatScale:ManageeazyBIinLarge-ScaleJiraInstances.

Best,

Zane / support@eazyBI.com
