For dial support- connect with Atlassian support via ticket https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
Its working for 6 users and for 1 email address, invite link is not being shared. Can we have the Link so we can directly share the same to the user.
In that case:
Visit Admin.atlassian.com -> Products (Menu bar) -> User Access setting -> Invitation links -> Enable the Product and copy the invitation link and send to the users.
We created a group email address which has 3 users. When one of the user clicks on it, user is getting added. So 3 users clicking on it, we see 3 new users adding.
Any alternative to have only 1 user getting activated for the group email address?
Yes, it will be 3 users as the user in the group is accepting the invite, not the group as a member.
