Doubts on Invite Users

We have clarifications on invite users link


Hi and Welcome to the community. What sort of clarification is required?

Invite Link is not getting shared to the user

Do we have any dial support to discuss the same.

Multiple options here to check:

  • Are you able to fetch general emails such as Issues created, updated, etc?
  • Can you check outgoing email status at https://<URL>/secure/admin/OutgoingMailServers.jspa
  • Are these users who are part of a organization wherein the mail sent from Atlassian is getting rejected or in a spam folder? If so, kindly connect with the messaging team.
  • Try to invite a user of a Gmail or outlook domain for testing.


For dial support- connect with Atlassian support via ticket

Its working for 6 users and for 1 email address, invite link is not being shared. Can we have the Link so we can directly share the same to the user.

In that case:

Visit -> Products (Menu bar) -> User Access setting -> Invitation links -> Enable the Product and copy the invitation link and send to the users.

We created a group email address which has 3 users. When one of the user clicks on it, user is getting added. So 3 users clicking on it, we see 3 new users adding.

Any alternative to have only 1 user getting activated for the group email address? 

Yes, it will be 3 users as the user in the group is accepting the invite, not the group as a member.
