Disable notifications for CI user (jenkins)

Hi All!

We're using Jira Cloud and we've Jenkins running builds in our private clouds.

Our Jenkins updating related issues using the API key of Jenkins own user.

Sometimes we're getting a lot of notifications during big merges since many issues was updated. Can we disable notifications from such users?
