Demonstration license Expired

Hi,
We are seeing the Demonstration License Expired error on the our jira.

We have renewed our Jira Software and Jira Service Management recently, Now we are seeing this issue.

I have attached the screenshots of the error message.

Can anyone help us on this.

Hi @Madhu mullangi ,

Can you verify what is in the "Versions and Licenses" part of your setup?

You should see there what product is expired and why. Were the new licenses actually applied to your instance when you renewed the contract?

Hi @Madhu mullangi - If needed, one can retrieve Atlassian licenses from https://my.atlassian.com if you are listed as either the Admin contact or one of the Tech contacts for that license.  There should be licenses for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and any apps licensed through the Atlassian Marketplace.

Hi @Alexey Valiev Check if you have any Evaluation licenses or Expired Licenses, Applies for both Application & App Licenses.
