Dangerous use of multiple connections: taken => count=3; marks=[2-3]; pool=12/60

We are seeing this issue on version 8.20.10. Is there any fix for this issue. As it is increasing the session in DB and eventually making Jira inaccessible and we need to restart the application each time. Please advise
