Hi @Marina 

As far as I know it isn't easy to customize jira notifications out of the box, unless you want to mess around with the email templates, which is a pain in my opinion. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/customizing-email-content-861253783.html

There might be an addon for this on the atlassian marketplace like: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/4977/email-this-issue?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

I meant the plugin Mentions & Watchers.

Can I customize the notification sent when a group is metioned ?

For exemple, now I have : "[JIRA] Group Mentions", but I would like to have "Name Ticket"

I am not familiar with that plugin :(

Could i ask you to include a screenshot of where you have [JIRA] Group Mentions, so I am able to see the context?
