Custom Field for product orders?

We are trying to use Jira for our purchase order workflow. One thing that would be nice is if the person doing the data-entry had the ability to enter line items. E.g. enter a part number and then a quantity.

Are there any add-ons that support this? Any way to customize a field to work like this?

I would create 2 custom fields.

Part Number

Quantity

Make them mandatory.

You can do some logic with workflows or groovy scripts.

Yea, simple and basic requirement. But, you need admin access to JIRA instance.
