Create task to jira writing in a Onenote page

Hello,
during our meetings we use onenote to take the notes and it often happens to make decisions or write tasks to do for one or more people with an end date.

I would like to know if there's a method to automatically (maybe with some particular expression) to make a connection between onenote and jira and when we wrote a task..it automatically creates a task in jira to the right people with the right enddate.

Starting from an entire onenote notebook and not a single page; for us every meeting is a new page but the jira project where create the tasks is always the same.
