Create Multiple Tickets via email

Hey guys,

 

In the company I'm working for, we are trying to create automated tickets in JIRA using the email functionality. What we are doing is checking some behaviors on the data base that are going to trigger an email that is linked to JIRA in order to create the ticket. For some weird reason it's not working but if we try to send an email directly the ticket is created. 

 

Have you experienced something similar? Do you have any idea on this error?
