Configuring Active Sprint (Work Mode) - Agile JIRA (SCRUM Board)

I would like to tune more in the Active Sprint (work mode) in the Agile-JIRA scrum board. Can you pls help with the below configuration:

1. Issues without sub-tasks to be displayed in the Active Sprint (work mode).

Ex: If issues are "In Progress" status, that issue should get displayed under In Progress (Swimlane).

2. Should be able to see a clear picture of each issues in the corresponding swimlanes (To-Do, In Progress, In Testing, Done)

3. Should be able to drag the issues between the swimlanes directly without manually opening the issues and changes the status from In Progress to In Testing or Done.
