Close the gap of Project Manager Roadmap communication

Hi !

We are using Jira as foundation for our Project and Product Management framework.

Our teams are more or less use to it, and have several level of maturity, but they achieve to plan and follow their work from requirements definition to implementation.

As reponsible of PPM tools, we still have a gap to fulffil when it comes to share with business and management high level status regarding projects roadmap.

All the data are stored and they live in Jira, they are the facts.

We have a reporting process, with consolidation accross our project portofolio.

But for some meetings, our PM need to bring clear visual communication, usually made with powerpoints based on data they consolidate from Jira, from differents feedback and their own appreciation of the project.

We are looking for a tool that may help them to prepare such presentation. For the time being, we may offer them a powerpoint template, that they manually update.

We are thinking of thinkcell for powerpoint to assist them.

Do you have any suggestion regarding this use case and tools to fullfill this need?
