Clarification needed for add-on plugins

Hi Team,

I as a admin of JIRA wanted to add add-on to my JIRA account but I'm not able to find the option of adding add-ons to the project or either to upload the downloaded plugin.

Hi! Add-ons aren't install directly to a project, they are installed for the entire instance, you should be able to enter the add-ons menu from the administration cog, and in there you can install it from find new add-ons or upload it from manage add-ons. Hope this helps :)
