Changing the Assignee when creating a new User Story; defaults to Reporter

Hello- looking how to change who the default assignee goes to when creating a new user Story.  Currently it defaults to the Reporter even if you change the Assignee to someone else, it still defaults to the Reporter.  It causes you to create the ticket and have to go back in and reassign the ticket to the person who you wanted to in the first place- adding a step.

Hi @Steve Thomas ,

You may need to see if the there is a postfuntion added to workflow to assign the issue to reporter and remove it
