Capacity planning

Dear Experts,

I am a new JIRA user. we need to do capacity planning directly for each associate by using Track and Release.

Example: A project has 560 associates and we need to do capacity planning at each

               associate level.

Please suggest. Many thanks in advance.

What is the "Track and release" you mention here?

Hello Nic,

I am referring to the Track and Release feature of JIRA.

we are using a hosted instance primarily for bug tracking. Our plan is to do capacity planning here without using excel templates.
