CSV Import

Problem 1:
I am trying to import CSV for multiple ticket.
I am getting issue while importing Service & Service Layer.
I have 3 sub part in Service & Service Layer(custom field). But some how it is taking only one column from CSV file. It is not recognizing other two custom field. I attached 1 Screenshot with this Discussion please check once.
You can see in that screenshot that I have 3 different column
Custom field1 (Service & Service Layer)
Custom field2 (Service & Service Layer) (Subpart of Custom field1)
Custom field3 (Service & Service Layer) (Subpart of Custom field2)
but some how it is just taking Custom field1 (Service & Service Layer)
Can you please suggest me what to do in this case.
Problem 2:
I am importing multiple line Description in CSV but some how in Jira it is taking in one paragraph
I want put bullet point in each line
so what i can do in this case ?
