I want to find the details of all issues of issutype name RTM in a project
name ORBB which changed last week with following information

1) changed issues
2) what changes to which field
3) field value changes from and to
4) who changed and when changed

It's not for one issue. I want to get all issues that changed for a
specific time with those given informations.

WE are using MSSQL DB
