What the proper way to plan and track my software development in Jira, is there a way to plan the entire project ahead, still working and open for agile, but let's say Ben and Jerry are working on a task and I want to place my backlog issues in a way where Jerry knows that he can start the task X after Ben finishes the task Y, and for some issues they do intersect ,
