Backup Schedule in JIRA version 6.3.12
Hi Atlassians,
Currently we are using JIRA version 6.3.12. We have recently migrated and upgraded JIRA to 7.4.1 version in DEV environment and it looks fine.
As of now we are planning to migrate and Upgrade Confluence first and JIRA a month after this.
Currently our Confluence backup is running at 02:00 AM every day and the process completes at 03:30 AM. I am able to change the schedule to whatever time I want in Confluence.
Our JIRA environment's schedule is 02:30 PM every day. I wanted to change the time to 02:30 AM instead of 02:30 PM. I am not sure how it was set to 2:30 PM earlier. This JIRA was installed in 2014.
When I checked the version 7.4.1, the options to change the backup schedule was so good and easy to adjust according to our need.(as shown in the screenshots)
But in the version 6.3.12, it is showing only Date Format and Delay options. If I want to schedule the backup at 02:00 AM on a daily basis, what should I provide in here.
Please suggest !!
