My company relies heavily on JIRA with creation of user stories and documenting requirements. These user stories go through multiple teams to get feedback, and we start to build a long list of tagged comments. It would be nice if we had the same capability in JIRA as Confluence with replying to comments or highlighting, and marking a comment in-line.
Is anyone else struggling with novels of comments and getting confused of who is responding to who and to what?
