Hi everyone,
Today we opened up JIRA and saw that 40+ items in our backlog were not rendering -- were essentially disappeared from view. We're hoping it's just the UI, and they are still hiding somewhere.
How might I get access to the version history of JIRA to possibly see all our backlog?
*We recently just modified our Workflow schema in order to add a "Status" to it, but this should not impact what renders on our JIRA board right?
Thank you!
Hi @Tanya Maslach ,
Thanks for posting to the community.
Could you please check the status are correctly mapped i.e. the newly created statuses are not mapped to any configured columns ? Please follow the guide here - - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-columns/.
Please accept the answer if it solves your query, else respond and let others to respond.
Cheers
