After upgrade JIRA 7.10.2 won't start

I upgraded JIRA by install script on linux server frm 7.6.1 and now JIRA won't start. 

dbconfig.xml and server.xml are OK from previous version.

Threads are going to be renewed over time to try and avoid a probable memory leak.
