As our customers frequently request the same enhancements (which we have tickets for but may not have prioritized by customer request) we are looking for a way to add the number of requests quickly and quantitatively without having to add much detail to the ticket or create an additional comment. Does anyone know of a way to acheive this?
In addition we would not want the requester (client) to get any notifications.
