When obtaining the Jira Ticket Report

When obtaining the Jira Ticket report only the current updated field appears (only the date of the last entry into the ticket.  Need to specify the ticket had work performed on it as tickets can be placed under the current update field for reasons other than updating the work performed on the ticket.

No solution has been given only that Jira is a COTS product and this function may not be possible.

Could a plug-in be helpful?
