Users unable to access Jira work management even having site access

Users are having both access on site and Jira Software. But, still unable to access the account. When I try to click on Jira work environment after logged in, it is navigating to service desk page.

Hi @kumari_yatam 

A few things I would check:

  • Have you checked the permission schemes for the JSM projects that the users are trying to access? They may not have project access, which could be why they are being directed to the customer portal
  • Do the users definitely have an active user license for JSM?
  • Can anyone (e.g. yourself) access JSM on your instance? If not then you may not have fully activated the product on your site

All the users are having access to JVM project. Still, unable to access.
