I want to upgrade from free to standard plan, however, just this morning, when i was making some admin changes to my profile, i got locked out and lot admin access to my JIRA console. How can this be rectified asap.

What do you exactly mean by "locked out"? Can you still log in to your instance, but you don't seem to have admin permissions anymore?
