@Dirk Ronsmans We have the same issue for 10-12 hours now. And we need your help so much. No answers from support all day. (ticket# JST-836283)

Similar to the issue Alexey is having above, your site was deactivated due to a billing and renewal issue. Our support folks have responded to the request you referenced above regarding instructions on resolving this matter.

Going by https://status.atlassian.com I don't see any general issue ongoing.
Might be best for you to raise a support ticket about this with support (https://support.atlassian.com/contact)
