Query Regarding Jira

Hello,

 I'm reaching out regarding an issue I encountered with Jira.

In our recent sprint, I noticed that a guideline (or task) is missing from the Jira board's graph, even though the sprint has already concluded. I've double-checked the board settings and filters, but I can't seem to locate the guideline.

Could you please advise me on how to address this situation? Is there a way to retrieve or locate the missing guideline retrospectively, even though the sprint has ended?

Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The guideline is based on the number of story points that you have committed to in the sprint, and it is required that the story points are set before you start the sprint. If you start the sprint and then add story points the guideline will not be visible. And no, there is no way of retrospectively adding the guideline back after the sprint is completed.
